1. Service
App Creator is a platform for creating, previewing and exporting Flutter app source projects. The product delivered is a ZIP file with source code and configuration files for Android and iOS.
2. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for reviewing the generated project, configuring store credentials, certificates, bundle identifiers, package names, Firebase settings when applicable, and publishing through their own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts.
3. Publishing is not included
App Creator does not submit, publish, approve or manage apps in App Store or Google Play. Store approval, review requirements and developer account rules are controlled by Apple and Google.
4. Payments and downloads
Templates are sold as one-time purchases. After payment confirmation, the customer may generate and download the ZIP for the selected project. Rebuilds are available from the customer dashboard for paid projects.
5. Content and files
The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights of all app names, texts, images, videos, Firebase files, icons and other content uploaded or entered into the platform.
6. Dynamic content and notifications
Some templates may use dynamic content, Firebase configuration and push notifications. The customer must provide valid Firebase files and is responsible for notification content sent to app users.
7. Support
Support requests may be sent from the dashboard. The expected App Creator support response time is up to 48 hours.
8. Limitations
App Creator is provided as a software generation service. We do not guarantee store approval, device compatibility in every environment, third-party service availability, or business results from the generated app.
