1. Data we collect
We collect account data such as email, name when provided, authentication provider, preferred language and session information. We also store project data entered by the customer, including app names, texts, colors, contacts, addresses, icons, images, videos and Firebase configuration files when applicable.
2. How we use data
We use this data to authenticate users, save projects, generate ZIP files, show previews, process support requests, send verification, password reset, payment reminder and support-related emails, and provide dynamic content or push notification features for templates that support them.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. App Creator does not store credit card numbers. We store payment status, Stripe session identifiers and basic transaction information needed to release downloads and maintain payment history.
4. Uploads and generated apps
Uploaded files and project content may be stored on our server to generate ZIP files, support previews, dynamic app content, media, Firebase configuration and push notifications. Customers should not upload files they are not authorized to use.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies or similar session mechanisms to keep users logged in and protect authenticated routes such as dashboard, project editing, downloads and support requests.
6. Third-party services
The platform may use services such as Stripe, Google login, Apple login, Firebase, Google Maps, email delivery infrastructure and hosting providers. These services process data according to their own policies.
7. Retention
We keep account, project, payment, support and generated-file data while the account or project is active, or as needed for security, legal, operational and support purposes.
8. Choices and support
Users can update project content, rebuild paid projects and contact support from the dashboard. Support responses may take up to 48 hours.
